Massage therapies help people to manage :

stress, pain, injuries

About

Veronique Sauzay

Two years ago I decided to start a new professional career as a massage therapist. Why?

The manual therapies have interested me long time ago: acupressure, osteopathy… I have used those manual therapies techniques as a patient on my own body and I felt they are very efficient. I was amazed by their benefits.

I have lived on different continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, America and I have been sensible to the various connections between culture, health and self-care.
I am an athlete and have ran marathons. I love hiking especially in mountains.

Moving to the USA from France gave me that second chance of learning and practicing massage therapy. It means to me learning and practicing about caring and helping people to feel better in their body. Before that, I have been working as an engineer in the renewable energy sector. That was a great experience but after 20 years I felt it was time to learn new things.

I studied and got my massage therapist certification at de Anza College in Cupertino (CA). I studied anatomy, stretching, stress management, various massage technics such as: Swedish, Neuromuscular, Trigger-point, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Shiatsu therapies.
